HexaLytix is being established in Saudi Arabia by corporate shareholders from the United Kingdom, the United States and Pakistan. Our shareholders are going through the foreign-investment process in the Kingdom themselves, so we understand the investor’s side of it.

Our planned work covers management advisory and the full setup journey — registration, post-incorporation, government relations and ongoing compliance. Legal work stays with licensed Saudi law firms, statutory audits with authorised audit firms, and tax positions with qualified tax advisers.
