Who we are
HexaLytix is a company being established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Its registration is in progress. For any question about your personal data, email info@hexalytx.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send through the enquiry form or by email: your name, company, email address, phone number, the country of your company, the service you are interested in and your message. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Who we share it with
Our website hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf. We pass your details to a law firm, auditor or other professional only if you ask us to make an introduction. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Our website and email are hosted by a third-party provider whose servers are in the United States. Your enquiry details are therefore stored outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and for up to 12 months afterwards. If you become a client, the retention terms in your engagement letter apply. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law gives individuals rights over their personal data. To exercise them, email info@hexalytx.com.
Cookies and fonts
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you send the enquiry form, our hosting provider sets one small security cookie to confirm that the form is sent by a person and not an automated program. The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when you open a page.
Website Terms
Status of the company
HexaLytix is in the process of registration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide a service that requires a licence or registration the company does not yet hold. Client engagements begin once registration is complete.

Content on this website is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice and does not create a client relationship. Services are provided only under a signed engagement letter.
Regulated services
HexaLytix is not a law firm or an audit firm. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation or statutory audits. Those services come from licensed law firms and authorised audit firms that the client engages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
